Description Field of the Invention The invention relates to a holder for a change indicator according to the preamble of claim 1.
PRIOR ART [0002] Holders for changing license plates are provided so that license plates can be removed from a car as quickly as possible and fastened to another car. This is particularly important in countries in which it allows the legislature to operate several authorized to a car owner car with one and the same license plate and pay only for one of the car's car taxes.
For a long time, license plate holders have been known from the prior art which comprise a U-shaped holding part to be mounted on the push rod. On the license plate frame, which holds and encloses the flag, 2 pairs of bolts are arranged one above the other at the back. One bolt each of the bolt pairs is biased by springs, whereby the ends of the bolts can snap into the legs of the holding part. The license plate frame can therefore be attached and detached without tools on each car, which has a corresponding holding part. However, the snapping in the holding part is cumbersome because the bolt ends are covered by the license plate and the engagement must be done so to speak "blind". Another disadvantage of this license plate holder is that it is thicker than standard-sized license plate holder without acceptance function of the license plate frame. This can lead to license plate lights provided on the passenger car lighting up behind the license plate and not illuminating it sufficiently.
There are also number plate holder, in which the license plate frame with magnets on the holding part is releasably attached. Although the magnetic force makes it possible that the license plate frame is quickly attached to the holding part and can be removed quickly from the holding part. If the magnets have a force in which the license plate frame can be removed with little manual force, then holding forces at high speeds can not be ensured with certainty. If the license plate frame is held firmly even at high speeds, it follows that it requires great forces to be able to remove the license plate frame from the holding part.
In CN 2 622 006 a number plate holder is disclosed, which comprises a base plate and a license plate panel At the lower longitudinal side, the two parts are held by retaining bolts. At the top of a slide plate is arranged on the base plate, which is horizontally displaceable and can be locked in slots of the panel. To move the slide plate, a shaft must be turned by means of a tool. By a crank, the rotational movement is converted into a horizontal linear movement. By rotating the shaft, therefore, the panel can be held on the base plate, or released. The mechanical implementation of the displacement of the slide plate is expensive. In addition, a tool is needed to operate the slide plate, which is not always at hand and is also easily lost.
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION From the disadvantages of the described prior art, the task initiating the present invention results in the further development of a generic holder for changing identifiers, which is easy and intuitive to assemble and disassemble while being as narrow as possible and having an appealing exterior.
Description A holder for a change indicator comprises a holding part for attachment to a vehicle, a to be connected to the holding part license plate frame and locking elements on the holding part and the license plate frame. The locking elements act together for tool-free connection of holding part and license plate frame. The locking elements have free ends, which are oriented in a direction of displacement. Furthermore, the holder comprises a separate locking element, which prevents the solution of the connection of holding part and license plate frame from the holding position.
The solution of the problem is achieved in a holder for a change flag in that the separate locking element automatically locks the license plate frame with the holding part in the holding position. In contrast to the prior art, in which the locking is taken over by the locking elements, the locking elements and the locking element are structurally separated. As a result, the elements can be made smaller and narrower and can be arranged at the positions of the holder on which they act most efficiently. This results in a very narrow tag holder as compared to holders known in the art. The separation of the locking element of the locking elements also leads to a surprisingly simple operation of the holder without several attempts would be necessary until the locking elements interlock. Furthermore, the attachment and detachment of the frame from the holding part can be performed with very little force application. The locking of the license plate frame in the holding position is done automatically. There is therefore no tool or a key necessary to operate the locking element. The locking element acts automatically without further action by the user as soon as the license plate frame is in the holding position.
The invention is preferably characterized by the fact that first locking elements on the license plate frame or on the holding part have free ends, which are oriented in a direction of displacement and latch the first locking elements when moving the license plate frame in the direction of displacement with second locking elements. The fact that the first locking elements are all oriented in a direction of displacement, the connection between the frame and holding part can be very easily divide by the frame is pushed down.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the first locking elements are bolts which are arranged on the holding part in the vertical direction. The bolts are oriented in a direction of displacement and can be easily connected to the frame. The bolts can have a small diameter, since they only assume the holding function. As a result, the holder can be designed to be particularly narrow. It therefore does not cover license plate lighting of a motor vehicle and is particularly shapely. At first glance, the holder is not recognizable as one which would have a tool-less removable frame.
In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, at the upper edge and at the lower edge of the holding part, a first and a second web are formed, to which webs a first and a second pair of bolts is attached, wherein the free ends of the bolt pairs in vertical Oriented towards the top. The webs can be easily produced by bending the longitudinal sides of the holding part and orient the bolts in the vertical direction upwards. The frame can be plugged from top to bottom on the holding part. The orientation of the bolt upwards also has the advantage that they are clearly visible by the user of the holder when attaching the frame and can not be missed by the locking elements on the frame.
Conveniently, the direction of displacement of the license plate frame is determined by the orientation of the bolt. The frame can therefore be plugged in a preferred embodiment from top to bottom on the holding part.
As appropriate, it has been found that the license plate frame is designed such that the bolt can engage behind the license plate frame on the long sides. The locking elements, which cooperate with the bolts, can therefore be realized by an L-profile. On the vertical legs of the L-profile, the bolts can slide along when plugging.
Conveniently, the bolts are latched in provided on the longitudinal sides of the license plate frame first through holes. The upper bolts preferably engage behind the license plate frame. The lower bolts are passed through through holes, so that the frame is not displaced in the horizontal direction relative to the holding part and an unstable mounting is formed.
In a further particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, the longitudinal sides of the license plate frame are connected by a central web, which central web is guided in a recess of the first web in the direction of displacement. The center bar therefore serves as a rail, which centers the frame in the correct displacement position to engage the holding part can. Cumbersome repeated latching attempts, especially in the dark, are therefore prevented.
In addition, the central web preferably provides space for him to provide a snap closure, which allows snapping the license plate frame on the support member and prevents displacement of the license plate frame in the direction of displacement. The separate locking element is therefore preferably realized in that is arranged on the central web of the snap closure. The snap lock is locally separated from the locking elements and can be equipped with small dimensions. In addition, a single snap closure is sufficient to hold the frame. It is therefore not necessary to configure a plurality of latching elements as a snap closure, as is the case in the prior art.
The invention is also preferably characterized by the fact that the snap closure is realized by a prestressed locking lug which can be snapped into a second passage opening on the holding part. Holding the retaining lug in the passage opening requires only a slight bias of the latch. The assembly of the frame on the holding part can therefore be done with little hand forces.
In a further particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, the latching lug is attached to a retaining bar arranged on the central web, which is supported on the upper longitudinal side of the license plate frame and slightly surmounted the lower longitudinal side of the license plate frame, whereby a button is formed. Due to the trained lever arm, which is articulated on the upper longitudinal side, only small actuating forces are necessary to move the retaining lever. Accordingly, the latching in the holding part and the opening of the snap closure are extremely smooth.
Conveniently, at least one spring is positioned between the central web and the retaining lever, which presses the retaining lever on the license plate frame. Due to the leverage described above, the spring requires only a small spring force to bias the retaining lever. The spring finds place in the middle bridge.
In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the separate locking element is realized by a first and second magnet, wherein the first magnet is arranged on the holding part and the second magnet on the central web or on one of the longitudinal sides and the first and the second Magnet when the
License plate frame and the holding part are in the holding position. The magnets are arranged on the license plate frame and the holding part such that they only cooperate when the license plate frame is in the holding position. To remove the license plate frame this is pushed up and the magnetic force must be overcome. It is conceivable that a magnet is mounted only on the license plate frame or on the holding part and the region of the license plate frame or the holding part opposite the magnet is a ferromagnetic material, which is of the Magnet is attracted.
It proves to be advantageous if a first spacer is provided on the retaining lever, which spaced the holding part of the retaining lever. It is also advantageous if a second spacer is provided on the central web, which can space a license plate from the license plate frame. The first and second spacers prevent unwanted vibrations associated with disturbing noises that might occur between the license plate and the frame and the frame and the retaining member.
Advantageously, the second spacer is height adjustable. As spacers screws are preferably provided, the height of which can be finely dosed by screwing or unscrewing. As a result, small biases between license plate and frame holding part can be achieved, which prevent vibration. The first spacers are preferably not height-adjustable, since they are attached to the flexible retaining lever. The spring can push the first spacers to the holding part.
Preferably, the license plate frame comprises a first and a second frame part, whereby the license plate is quickly inserted in the frame.
Further advantages and features will become apparent from the following description of an embodiment of the invention with reference to the schematic representations. It shows in not to scale representation:
Fig. 1: an axonometric front view of a license plate frame;
FIG. 2: an axonometric rear view of the license plate frame; FIG.
3 is a sectional view through the license plate frame in the region of a central web;
Fig. 4 is a front view of a holding part which together with the license plate frame forms a license plate holder;
5 shows a side view of the holding part;
6: a sectional view through the assembled license plate holder in the region of retaining bolts and FIG. 7: a sectional view through the composite license plate holder in the region of the central web.
In Figs. 1, 2 and 3 a license plate frame 11 is shown, which is releasably connectable to a holding part 13 (Fig. 4 and 5). The license plate frame 11 and the holding part 13 together form a holder 10, which is particularly suitable for change indicator. The license plate frame 11 can be quickly attached to the holding part 13 and removed from the holding part 13.
The holding member 13 is preferably a sheet metal having a plurality of slots 15, so that the slots 15 can be brought to cover provided with the bumper of a vehicle through openings and the holding member 13 can be screwed to the bumper. Preferably, the holding part 13 is only so long that all through holes of a bumper are achieved. Therefore, the holding part 13 may be slightly shorter than the license plate frame 11.
At the upper and lower edge of the holding part 13 is bent, whereby a first and second web 17 a, 17 b are formed. Preferably, the webs 17a, 17b are perpendicular from the rest of the holding part 13 from. At the first and second webs 17a, 17b, in each case a bolt 19, which acts as a latching element, is fastened in each case in the region of the web ends. It has proven to be advantageous if the webs 17a, 17b are about 14 to 17 cm long. The free ends of the bolts 19 are preferably oriented in the vertical direction upwards. This orientation makes it possible that the license plate frame 11 can be locked by moving vertically downwards with the bolts 19 and can be lifted out of the holding part 13 by moving vertically upwards. Of course, the free ends of the bolts 19 could also be oriented downwards or be arranged on the license plate frame. However, the embodiment described herein has proven to be the most user-friendly.
The webs 17a, 17b are interrupted in the middle, since at these points recesses 21a, 21b are provided. The recess 21a is chamfered at its edges. The upper recess 21a serves as a guide for the license plate frame 11 when it is moved down to latch. The upper recess 21 a also serves to center the license plate frame 11 on the holding part 13. This is particularly convenient because you can attach the license plate frame also "blind" by sensing on the support member 13. Thus, the license plate frame can be easily attached to the holding part even in the dark, without multiple mounting attempts are necessary.
The license plate frame 11 includes a U-shaped profile 23, which is bent into a rectangular frame and corresponds with its dimensions substantially the outer dimensions of a license plate. In the U-profile 23, the edge of the license plate is receivable. Following the inner leg of the U-profile, an L-profile is connected at least on the upper longitudinal side 29 of the frame 11. The first leg 25 of the L-profile connects in the horizontal direction of the U-profile. The second leg 27 is oriented vertically into the interior of the frame 11. On the lower longitudinal side 30 connects at least a horizontal web, although an L-profile can connect.
The frame profile is in two parts, wherein the two frame parts are connected to each other at their broad sides by means of a connecting plate. If the frame 11 is pushed onto the holding part 13 from above, the upper bolts 19 engage behind the L profile of the upper longitudinal side 29 (FIG. 6). The lower bolts 19 engage in first passage openings 31 of the horizontal web of the lower longitudinal side. Since the bolts 19 serve only the holder and not the locking of the frame 11 on the holding part 13, the bolts 19 may be narrow and accordingly designed to save space. The holder 10 therefore has a smaller thickness than known from the prior art change flag holder.
The longitudinal sides 29, 30 of the frame 11 are connected by a central web 33. The central web 33 is guided when hanging the frame 11 in the recess 21 a. As a result, the bolts 19 are guided into the first passage openings 31 or in front of the L-profile in order to engage behind them. This guide makes it possible that the frame 11 and the holding part 13 are very easily connected to each other, without it requires several attempts until the two parts 11,13 are connected. In the prior art, the preparation of the compound is unequally laborious because the bolt must be inserted so to speak "blind" without assistance in the through holes.
In the central web 33, a snap closure 35 is integrated, which is a separate element and is not part of the holding elements, which are the bolts 19 in this embodiment. As a result, the snap closure 35 can also be made narrow and be positioned as a separate element at a location where it requires as little space as possible.
The snap closure 35 comprises a retaining lever 37 which is embedded in a U-shaped groove 38 of the central web 33. Between the central web 33 and the retaining lever 37 at least one spring (leaf spring) 40 is arranged, which presses the retaining lever 37 to the frame 11. If the license plate is two-line, it may be advantageous to use two springs. With its upper end 43, the retaining lever 37 is supported on the second leg 27. The lower end penetrates the lower longitudinal side of the frame profile through a second passage opening 42 and projects beyond the profile as a pushbutton 39. A latching lug 41 is held on the holding lever 37. The latching lug 41 can engage in a third through-opening 45 when the bolts 19 are latched as far as possible into the holding part 13. The holding lever 37 acts as a lever which can rotate about its upper end 43, whereby the button 39 can be moved by the spring 40 to the holding part 13 (Fig. 7). If the frame 11 is to be detached from the holding part 13, the button 39 must be pulled away from the holding part 13 against the spring force. As a result, the locking lug 41 is pulled out of the third passage opening 45. In this position, the frame 11 is released and can be pushed in the direction of displacement upwards out of the holding part 13.
In order to prevent vibrations between the frame 11 and a license plate inserted therein on the one hand and between the frame 11 and the holding part 13 on the other hand, first and second spacers 47, 49 are arranged on the frame 11. The first spacers 47 are preferably screwed as screws in the retaining lever 37. The screws are screwed into the retaining lever 37 so far that they rest against the holding part 13, the complete engagement of the detent 41 in the second through hole 43 but not hinder. Instead of screws, pins or buffers (preferably made of rubber) could also be fastened to the retaining lever 37. The fact that the first spacers 47 are arranged on the prestressed holding lever 37, they are pressed by the spring 40 flexible to the central part.
The second spacers 49 are also preferably designed as screws. If the license plate is inserted in the frame 11, the screws can be screwed into the central web 33 from behind until they rest on the license plate. As a result, movement of the shield relative to the frame 11 is prevented. The first and second spacers 47, 49 are preferably made of a damping material, for example a plastic. The inventive holder 10 for a change flag is preferably made of a non-corrosive material. It lends itself to aluminum, although a high-strength plastic would be conceivable.
